1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bos898 ("Platform", "we", or "company"). This document governs all aspects of use of the bos898.fun website and all related services.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) bos898 account only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation, along with the freezing of any funds held within them.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Mandatory details include:

• Full name as stated on a valid identity card or passport.
• An active and reachable Malaysian mobile number.
• A valid and active email address.
• Bank or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. bos898 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, including where such use results from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Bos898 accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysia payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account within moments.

The deposit and withdrawal policy of bos898 is as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per deposit transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Subject to your account tier and identity verification status.

6 Game Rules & Wagering

All games available on the bos898 platform use a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Results of all games are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical error.

Specific rules for each game category are as follows:

• Slots: The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot game is stated in the game information. All spins are independent and do not affect one another.
• Sports Betting: Displayed odds are live and subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances such as match cancellation.

• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's information to register or verify an account.
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without genuine intent to play, which may be considered money laundering.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bos898 to the public.

Bos898 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect any unusual activity. If your account is found to be involved in any of the activities listed above, bos898 reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately and freeze any remaining balance without compensation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bos898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violating any terms set out in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the bos898 support team. Prior to account closure, all unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements will be voided and the net cash balance (excluding ineligible bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

For responsible gaming purposes, members who wish to limit or completely stop using the platform may apply for a Self-Limit or Self-Exclusion through the Responsible Gaming.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Bos898 provides the gaming platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical interruptions or errors. However, bos898 is committed to minimizing downtime and restoring service as quickly as possible whenever any disruption occurs.

Bos898 is not liable for:

• Losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account due to the member's own negligence in maintaining account security.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Betting outcomes that have been confirmed and recorded in the system.

Under no circumstances shall bos898's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

10 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

Bos898 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the bos898.fun website.
